With the support of the international cooperation program EU4Business a series of trainings for representatives of local self-government bodies “Tools for cooperation and communication of CHI and business” will be held. Trainings are held within the framework of the project “Capable Community for Doing Business” in Zhytomyr region, which is carried out by the “Agency for Regional Development of Zhytomyr Region” within the framework of a grant competition for systemic support of small and medium-sized enterprises commissioned by the international cooperation program “EU4Business: Recovery, Competitiveness and Internationalization of SMEs,” which is jointly funded by the European Union and the German government. The grant competition is carried out by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, the strategic executor of the program is the German federal company DeutscheGesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
Trainings will be held offline in 4 communities of Zhytomyr region:
- Radomyshl community: May 19-22;
- Malyn community: May 23-24;
- Korostyshevsky community: May 25-26;
- Brusilovskaya community: May 30-31;
Trainings will last 2 days in each community. Duration of 1 training is 4 hours. Speakers at the trainings will be: the head of the school of support for small and medium-sized businesses in Zhytomyr Sergey Trokhimyshyn and a communicator, the head of the NGO “AYAK” Julia Orekhovskaya.
We invite: representatives of local governments, entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of institutions that deal with issues of cooperation with business.
The trainings will cover only practical cases and topics:
- Preparation and dissemination of information on the investment potential of territorial communities.
- Communication campaign when attracting investors.
- Investor support and standards of work with investors.
- Writing strategic community documents in the field of local business environment development: Plan of socio-economic development, Community Development Strategy, Entrepreneurship Development Plan.
- Mechanisms of communication of local self-government bodies with local business.
- The Council of Entrepreneurs in the Community as an effective mechanism for the interaction of CHI and business.
- Тools to support and develop entrepreneurship in the community.
- Help with solving problem issues of local business. Crisis management from CHI.
- Educational projects to develop own business for entrepreneurs/youth/citizens.
