The “Community at 100%” Contest is an opportunity to win material support for implementing important and beneficial local initiatives in Zhytomyr region.
Any territorial community in Ukraine and Zhytomyr region with a population of less than 100,000 people, and that is not a regional center, can apply for participation in the contest.
We encourage the communities of Zhytomyr region to join.

The community project must include clear plans and a timeline for implementation. Such as a developed technical task and/or implementation plan. It should contribute to the local economic development of the territorial community. As well as support social initiatives, and be relevant and important.
At the participant’s discretion, the project may include a community or partner contribution. This can be in the form of providing materials or raw materials. All thoy equipment or services, as well as financial, property, or labor contributions.
The project should be publicly accessible to the community residents, beneficial to them, and aim to solve local issues within the territorial community. It should improve local processes but will not involve capital or ongoing repair work.
