Project Overview:
An IT cluster, “Polissia,” is being established on the site of the former printing house, featuring a training center, coworking spaces, laboratories, and a business incubator. One of the Center’s key projects focuses on training well-rounded, motivated, patriotic, and responsible IT specialists. Currently, 2,000 sq. m. out of the total 4,000 sq. m. have been renovated.
Investment Structure: Options for concession, lease, or co-financing are being considered.
