Algorithm for receiving humanitarian aid for communities
✅ When is registration required?
If a community or institution independently imports humanitarian aid from abroad or receives it directly from international organizations. In this case, it is necessary to register in the Unified Register of Recipients of Humanitarian Aid.
✅ When is registration NOT required?
If the aid is transferred by Ukrainian charitable foundations, public organizations or authorities that are already registered as recipients of humanitarian aid.
📌 What needs to be done?
1️⃣ Prepare documents:
Letter of appeal to the organization providing the assistance (sample 1)
Act of acceptance and transfer of humanitarian aid (sample 2)
Bills of lading or supporting documents (for material aid).
Letter of guarantee for the Institution “Zhytomyr Regional Development Agency” (sample 3)
Order of the head of the institution on acceptance (sample 4)
2️⃣ Receive and document the assistance
Sign all necessary documents with the charitable organization.
Ensure proper accounting of the aid received in the institution.
