The joint production line of vegan meat of the company “Siveele B.V.” (Netherlands) and “Organic Milk” LLC (Ukraine, Zhytomyr Region, Baranivka City) was launched at the end of 2021. The technology of making vegan meat is unique. The product itself is a useful and no less tasty alternative to products of animal origin.
The institution received a request from a Dutch company at the end of 2020 to find a partner in Ukraine to create a joint production line. Our team organized B2B meetings with the representative of the company “Siveele B.V.” with regional enterprises that could potentially place such a line on their production sites.
Siveele B.V. and Organic Milk LLC expressed a mutual interest in cooperation immediately. Within a year, they established a joint line for vegan meat production under the Greenz trademark. This production line was launched at Organic Milk in Baranivka. Products from the joint production were showcased at multiple export exhibitions in Western Europe. During this time, we provided the investor with necessary assistance regarding cooperation in Ukraine. We also advised on legal issues related to doing business in Ukraine.
