Go Export: Consultation on Preparing for Export Activities
Would you like to enter international markets or make your export activities stable and systematic? As part of the “Go Export: Development of Regional Export Support Infrastructure” program, applications are now open for companies to receive consultations on preparing for export operations. Through this consultation, you will be able to:

learn about available support tools and programs

receive personalized recommendations for your first steps
Experts will also help define your next steps using a step-by-step export guide developed by the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office. Consultants will provide all the necessary information to help companies effectively prepare for launching export activities or scaling up their current ones.

Especially those who are just starting out or are exporting irregularly but aim to expand their market reach.
How does it work?
Self-assessment: The company completes an online test to assess export readiness and fills out a short questionnaire
Profile analysis: Experts review your responses and identify areas for growth
Meeting: In-depth consultation with an expert, situation analysis, and development of an individual export roadmap
Roadmap finalization: The company receives written recommendations with priority actions, useful support tools, and next steps
Follow-up: A short survey or call one month later to assess progress and determine needs for additional support
