About us

The Regional Development Agency (RDA) is an institution established to promote the use of the region’s internal potential.
The agency was established by the Zhytomyr Regional Council and the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration on August 7, 2017.
The Supervisory Board consists of 8 people.
The executive authority of the Agency is the Director.
The team consists of 3 people and additional experts involved in projects.
The main task of the organization is to attract investment to the region. To do this, a number of steps have been developed that will increase the investment attractiveness of the region, and help potential investors find interesting proposals, in turn for the region, to improve the economic and social situation, jobs, and improve living conditions.
In particular, the agency provides a range of services for information, consulting, management, marketing, and technical and legal support of projects. Employee competencies allow for the development of strategic plans and projects.

Consultations on the organization and conduct of business activities, meetings with potential partners and customers, representation of the company’s interests to foreign investors, and preparation of tender documents.

MARKETING SERVICES

Creating and promoting a positive image of the region. Participation and organization of advertising events aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness and competitiveness of the Zhytomyr region.

INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Conducting thematic educational events and seminars, and specialized training for representatives of small and medium businesses, local governments, and other authorities. Holding round tables, conferences, exhibitions, and presentations.

RESEARCH AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES

Preparation of research and analysis of competitive advantages of the region, conducting public examinations and hearings, development of strategies for organizations, businesses, investment projects, bills, and regional development programs.

IMPROVING THE INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE REGION

Preparation of proposals for the economic strategy of the region, negotiations with potential investors, presentation of the investment attractiveness of the region, and representation of the region at domestic and international events (forums, conferences, exhibitions, etc.).

LEGAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF THE INVESTOR

Negotiating with potential investors, presenting the company, and representing its interests. Search for partners or suppliers, organization of the bidding procedure, and preparation of tender documents.
