Zhytomyr region continues to develop international cooperation.
Today Zhytomyr region was visited by representatives of the American charitable organization August Mission from Utah – Nicholas Edbrook Fowler and David Edgel.
An official meeting with guests was held at the Zhytomyr Regional Executive Office. The meeting included the Head of the Office and representatives from relevant departments. They discussed prospects for further cooperation.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, August Mission has provided humanitarian aid to affected Ukrainian populations. They have also supported healthcare institutions across Ukraine. Discussions at the meeting focused on opportunities for supporting medical institutions in the region, assisting IDPs, and organizing psychological support programs for children.
Also, cooperation in the field of economics is promising, namely cooperation in the direction of developing technological solutions for agricultural drones, developing the agricultural sector, and supporting woodworking enterprises.
