OVER 120 TONS OF HUMANITARIAN AID RECEIVED
Delivered over 100 tons of humanitarian aid, including 20 distribution points for displaced people, the elderly, disabled children, orphans and low-income families; formed over 580 complete family kits and over 300 personal assistance packages for the communities of the region and communities in Eastern Ukraine (from food packages to clothing). Together with the Polish Consulate and the Red Cross, we organized the transportation of pregnant women. They went to Poland and France with their full support outside Ukraine. More than 55 pregnant women (97 people) were transported.
A pool of reliable partners in the eastern regions of Ukraine was formed.
High-quality communications were established with 66 communities in Zhytomyr Oblast.
More than 50 healthcare facilities, 3 social service centers, 12 territorial communities, and 5 boarding schools in Zhytomyr Oblast were assisted during the opening of the Volunteer Center’s distribution point. More than 70 applications for individuals were issued. Humanitarian deliveries were made to Kramatorsk, Mariupol, Kharkiv, Sumy and Donetsk Oblast.
