Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV, Estonia) announces admission to the Project Management Course “Strengthening Local Self-Government for EU Integration” for the communities of Zhytomyr region.
The course is aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of local government officials in project management, financial management and successful cooperation with international funds.

Number of people from one community who can register: up to 5 people.
Who can participate in the course:
- Specialists of CHI communities of Zhytomyr region;
- Representatives of the public sector in the field of project management of communities of the Zhytomyr region;
- KP/KNP/KU specialists in the field of project management of communities of Zhytomyr region;
Practical exercise for communities and course participants:
- Creation of a quality expert environment at the community level of Zhytomyr region in the field of project management.
- Expanding the competencies of the main circle of people involved in management in communities.
- Support for existing local development strategies through the acquisition of knowledge and skills of the administrative composition of AHs in the understanding of their achievement at the expense of the local budget in combination with ITA.
- Building WIN&WIN relationships with local NGOs to create support cells for local initiatives through grant opportunities.
- Development of competencies in the search for grant opportunities to achieve the strategic goals of community development.
- Implementation of best practices of inter-municipal and international partnership.

Training format: offline in the city of Zhytomyr.
