Project Overview: The Elfa Group of Companies, established in 1997 (originally as Elfa JSC), is now one of the leading and largest domestic producers of cosmetics and household goods.
Investment Form: Co-financing / Possible purchase of the enterprise
The Malyn Sewing Factory is focused on expanding its operations with a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainability. Key development plans include:
- Modernization of Production: Incorporating advanced sewing technologies to enhance efficiency and output. This includes upgrading equipment and training staff to meet international quality standards.
- Market Diversification: Targeting both domestic and export markets, with an emphasis on producing workwear. As well as textiles, and custom orders for industries such as healthcare, hospitality, and construction.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Utilizing eco-friendly materials and waste-minimization practices, aligning with global trends in sustainable manufacturing.
- Investment in Workforce Development: Introducing dual education programs and skills training to build a highly qualified workforce. Together with local vocational training schools and industry experts.
