an industrial park is being built in the Bronikovskaya territorial community of the Zvyagelsky district.
The future industrial park has an area of 39 hectares. and is located 10 km away. from the district center – the city of Zvyagel. The site for the placement of the park has a favorable transport location. Because it is located 800 meters from the M06 transport interchange and has a functioning railway track that approaches the territory.
The main economic sectors for the activities of the park are: light engineering (instrument-making) and metalworking, processing of agricultural products. It is possible to create a closed cycle production – processing of agricultural products with the manufacture of finished food products. Also, the priority is the creation of logistics centers in view of the favorable transport location of the site. This list is a priority, but not exclusive.
The future industrial park can create up to 2 thousand jobs and accommodate at least 10 residents with a good sanitary zone.
The feasibility study is the basis for the development of the future concept. It is a necessary document for registering the park in the Register of Industrial Parks.
