Teaching those who teach: a course on fundraising for training and resource centers in Ukraine has started
How to secure stable funding, develop spaces for kids, and build a strong support network? This is what the participants of the new course “Fundraising Fundamentals for Training and Resource Centers. It is more than just training – it is an investment in the sustainability of social change. The course participants were administrators of training and resource centers from different parts of Ukraine. Their common goal is not only to improve their skills, but also to create an ecosystem of experts capable of implementing initiatives that change the lives of children aged 0 to 3 and their families.
The training focuses on practical tools for attracting funding: how to write grant applications, build partnerships, use community resources, and communicate effectively with donors. Particular attention is paid to the issues of trust, transparency, and sustainability of projects, which are critical aspects for long-term impact.
“We’re not just talking about fundraising, we’re building strategies for sustainable community development,” the course organizers say.
The result will be not only an increase in the capacity of individual centers, but also the emergence of a powerful network of professionals who will be able to develop quality spaces for the youngest Ukrainians together. This is a new step towards making support for parenting and early childhood development a priority for all
