Project Overview: The project involves expanding the existing production capacity of the Simonivske granite deposit in cooperation with Kamenne Suzirya LLC. Plans include establishing proprietary stone processing facilities and manufacturing facing products, as well as the construction of a stone processing workshop.

IRR: 10%

  3. Infrastructure: Granite is used as crushed stone to create road surfaces, railroad ballast, and as a base for asphalt. This increases resistance to stress and ensures the stability of the infrastructure.
  4. Memorial and funeral products: Granite is used for the manufacture of monuments, tombstones and memorials, as it retains its appearance for a long time, even in difficult weather conditions.
  5. Kitchen countertops and window sills: Due to its resistance to scratches and high temperatures, granite is popular in the production of countertops and window sills for kitchens and bathrooms.
