The “Regional Center for Economic Research and Business Support” Fund continues to develop the “All-Ukrainian Ranking of Institutional Capacity and Sustainable Development of Communities.”
The next ranking will be formed as of January 1, 2020.
The ranking includes 34 criteria indicators and reflects the investment attractiveness of communities.

The Regional Center for Economic Research and Business Support Foundation represents the best five small and medium-sized communities of Ukraine (up to 100 thousand residents) as of 01.01.2020, according to the “All-Ukrainian Rating of Institutional Capacity and Sustainable Development of Communities.”
According to the rating, the table is headed by the city of Slavutich (Kyiv region). Behind him are: Kamenetz-Podolsky (Khmelnitsky region), Mirgorod (Poltava region) and Priluki (Chernihiv region). The city of Korosten (Zhytomyr region) closes the top five small and medium-sized communities.
Ranking
In compiling the ranking, data on the activities of 1,289 communities from all regions of Ukraine are considered (since 2018, this information has been used by international organizations providing financial and technical support in Ukraine, as well as by private investors).
To increase the completeness of the information used in determining the ranking, municipal services responsible for improving the community’s image and investment appeal may provide the following information, which will help improve their community’s ranking.
The community ranking is continuously updated as new, verified information about changes in the community becomes available.
In the absence of feedback on current community activities, information from open sources is used.
If information is not available from open sources, it is marked as missing, which negatively affects the community’s ranking.
