The “MA’RYZHANY” Industrial Park operates within the Horoshivska Territorial Community of Zhytomyr District, Zhytomyr Region. Spanning an area of 30.2 hectares, the park will host processing industry enterprises, including textile manufacturing, production of non-woven and construction materials, as well as scientific and technical activities. The park’s concept envisions the creation of 750 jobs and a total investment amounting to nearly 2 billion UAH.
