On October 24, the Agency’s team had an extremely warm meeting with the DREAM project team – State Digital Ecosystem for Recovery Management. This meeting marked the beginning of a partnership to support the recovery of communities in Zhytomyr Oblast.
The platform was created in May 2023 to digitize and consolidate information on recovery projects in Ukrainian communities. In addition, the system allows you to control every stage of the project life cycle – from registering damage and destruction to financing, procurement and construction work, and commissioning of facilities. Currently, 237 projects of Zhytomyr region communities totaling UAH 18.1 billion are registered on the DREAM recovery platform. It is important to support the communities that are already working with the platform by strengthening their skills in using the interface, as well as to encourage communities that have not yet submitted projects to work with the platform.
The newly established partnership will help inform and assist communities in Zhytomyr Oblast in using the DREAM platform. It will also support the development of high-quality recovery projects. We believe this partnership will strengthen communities’ capacities to create effective recovery projects. The partnership will also ensure efficient use of the DREAM platform.
