Zhytomyr Region Development Agency (ZRDA) was created with an aim to facilitate the region's efforts in:
- industries development,
- competitiveness increase,
- territories development,
- constant increase of life standards and competencies.
The Agency was created by Zhytomyr Regional Council and Zhytomyr Region State Administration on 07.08.2017.
The executive power of the Agency is the Director.
The team consists of 5 people.
The main aim of the Agency is to attract investments into the region. Our team supports the business, potential investors to find interesting proposals.
In particular, the Agency provides a range of information, consulting, management, marketing, technical and legal support services for projects.

The services of the agency
Providing consultations on local entrepreneurial activity. Organizing necessary meetings for start of business (round-tables, working groups etc.)
Creating and promoting positive business image of the region. Participating and organizing promotional events directed to increasing of Zhytomyr region investment attractiveness and competitiveness.
INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
Conducting training and seminars for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), representatives of local business, officials, self-government bodies and other authorities. Conducting round tables, conferences, exhibitions and presentations.
RESEARCHES AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES
Studying of competitive advantages of the region, preparing researches, analytical notes, conducting public expert’s hearings. Participating in development of business plans, feasibility studies, organizations’ strategies, investment projects and regional development programs and legislative documents.
REGION'S POSITIVE INVESTMENT IMAGE DEVELOPMENT
Initiating and proposing measures for investments attracting, participating in region’s economic strategy development, representing the region in the national and international forums, exhibitions and other events.
LEGAL AND TECHNICAL INVESTOR’S SUPPORT
Conducting negotiations with potential investors. Searching for partners or suppliers, representing companies’ interests, organizing and preparing documents for bidding procedures.
